Return & Replacement Policy – Jalaram Umang Tea

At Jalaram Umang Tea, we are committed to delivering high-quality tea products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we are here to assist you with a replacement under the conditions mentioned below.


1. Return of Products

We accept returns only under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Incomplete order or missing items
  • Manufacturing defects in the product

To initiate a return request, customers must inform us within 72 hours of receiving the order.

For products damaged during transit, the issue must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Requests made after this time period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

All returned products must be in their original condition, packaging, and unused.


2. Easy Replacement Policy

Jalaram Umang Tea offers easy replacement for eligible products, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Customers must notify us of any damage, incorrect product, or defect within 72 hours from the delivery date.

In case of transit damage, the complaint must be reported within 48 hours.

To process the request, we may ask customers to provide:

  • Images of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Photos of the internal and external packaging
  • Order details or invoice

Once the issue is verified and approved, the damaged or defective product will be replaced with a new product at no additional cost.


3. Replacement Conditions

Replacement requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Transit damages
  • Wrong product delivered by us
  • Incomplete order received

If the customer fails to notify us within the specified time frame, Jalaram Umang Tea reserves the right to accept or reject the request at its sole discretion.


4. Product Availability

We will always attempt to replace the same product that was originally ordered.

However, if the product is:

  • Out of stock
  • Discontinued
  • Temporarily unavailable

We reserve the right to offer:

  • An alternate product of similar value, or
  • Store credit for future purchases.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear of packaging
  • Requests made after the allowed reporting time
